The BPS as the Complementary PNT Solution presentations examine the research findings and synopsis from the Humber BPS seminar held November 17, 2023. Presenters discuss the design of a BPS transmitter mesh network that would allow nationwide time synchronization based entirely on ATSC 3.0 broadcasts and the ability to transmit time and frequency data by using broadcast TV signals received in common-view by multiple sites.
