Lines between broadcast and cinema continue to blur and the hybrid known as 'Cinematic Multi-cam' or 'Cine+Live' is now more widely used to achieve the goal of an enhanced visual experience. It is advancing in film, live broadcast, and streaming projects, across a range content creators. In order to deliver these types of Cine+Live productions, producer & director and the production team must collaborate in new ways to deliver a cohesive creative vision without the benefit of multiple takes. Panelists will discuss how Cine+Live production is advancing live storytelling and how all roles work to anticipate and execute each critical shot. The discussion will highlight skills required, along with the challenges and rewards of operating in these types of environments. Content to be discussed will include recent Super Bowl Halftime shows, The Taylor Swift: Eras Tour movie, Billie Eilish's Grammy performance, the Crunchyroll Anime Awards -- and recently added - The Weeknd: Live at SoFi Stadium, Amazon Music Live (Ed Sheeran and Green Day Episodes), and Apple Music Live: Dominic Fike. PLEASE NOTE: This session is available with an Exhibits Pass(All-Badge Access) - it does NOT require a Core Education Collection Pass. Speakers may be subject to change due to production schedules.
