This case study presentation will detail the architecture and preparation that underpinned Peacock’s streaming-only exclusive of the Kansas City Chiefs’ NFL Wild Card playoff victory over the Miami Dolphins - the biggest US livestream event in history. The session will highlight the learnings of six months of planning spanning architecture, scale-testing, runbook building, operational game day testing, and delivery.
