Taking place as part of the all new CineCentral Open Air Lab space, this workshop will offer up-close and hands-on engagement with industry professionals in a thorough walk-through of the latest technology in aerial cinematography. The team of experienced pilots and camera operators from Lightcraft will give an overview of various drone types and how best to utilize each platform in a range of scenarios. The session will discuss insightful considerations when planning aerial work, while keeping safety and reliable execution in mind. Participants will see firsthand the capabilities of FPV drones with live flight demonstrations. They will also try their hand as a remote head camera operator on drone and RC car platforms during coordinated shots with subjects. The workshop size is limited to allow each participant one-on-one time with instructors and maximize the opportunity to personnally experience the latest in cinematic content capture technology in this unique real world environment.
