The Broadcast Facility Design presentations discuss the numerous tools available to support remote, work-from-home operations and what primary considerations go into selecting which tools are best for your facilities. Additionally, the papers include a technical overview of the upcoming RIST Specification to support content delivery over satellite augmented with an Internet path for loss/fade recovery and an exploration of how implementing cloud-based news storytelling can streamline operations to manage chaos/optimize ROI. It will cover trends in technology/newsroom working practices.
