This in-depth session will look at the full Adobe Premiere Pro workflow from ingest to output. While an emphasis will be placed on editorial, as that is the most lengthy and in-depth part of any post-production workflow, time will be spent on other phases of the post-production process while working in Premiere.
• Strategies for media ingest, organization and logging
• A look at some of the tricky Premiere Pro setup items
• Techniques for creative editorial including “selects editing” and “pancaking and ping-ponging”
• Audio mixing using Premiere’s method of both clip-based mixing and track-based mixing
• Tips and tricks that include essential keyboard shortcuts, how to use Adjustment Layers and essential effects all editors should know
