Dijols, Francesca
Francesca Dijols is a Principal at Deloitte, where she acts as the Head of the Customer Growth Strategy practice. For ten years, Francesca has served media, tech and consumer products companies. She has helped CEOs, CMOs and CXOs shape their growth agendas by optimizing customer-facing levers including marketing, sales and customer experience. For the past six years, she has partnered with the world’s largest platform companies to optimize their sales, marketing and shoppable media operating models and strategies. Additionally, Francesca has advised AR/VR businesses in their launch and GTM strategies. Francesca has led research on how to: drive maximum ROI on leading social media platforms, maximize social shopping behavior amongst Gen Z, and improve the digital shopping experience for viewers with impaired vision and other self-identified disabilities. Prior to Deloitte her industry experience includes over seven years in Media and Entertainment, where she has extensive experience in content development, production, and distribution, both traditional and digital. Francesca graduated with a BA with Distinction from Yale University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. She currently lives in Santa Monica, CA with her husband and two young children.
