Kazemi, Niakam
Niakam began his professional career as an industrial engineer, designing and developing ERP systems. Later, upon migrating to the US, he earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science and applied information technology while continuing to design and build software-based systems of various scales and in various capacities. Over the past three decades, he has held various roles, gaining experience in industries ranging from manufacturing, education, non-profit, finance, to healthcare, and now broadcasting. With this diverse background, Niakam has accumulated valuable insights across different sectors, contributing to his role as a tech advisor and consultant through his IT consulting company, ADABTEK, for the past 15 years. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Niakam joined Sinclair Broadcast Group last year as the principal product architect to build a Data Distribution as a Service Platform, satisfying his entrepreneurial spirit. 'I appreciate the opportunities to learn and grow while making meaningful contributions in the dynamic realm of technology especially through entrepreneurship.' Niakam has also authored books in computer science, taught at universities, and received patents for some of his earlier works.
