Mark O'Brien is President of SpectraRep where for more than 20 years he has been developing datacasting tools and services. That experience provides insight into ATSC 3 opportunities that will benefit broadcasters and the transition. With a focus on use cases and using this capability to solve real-world problems, he is well known within broadcast television and public safety as a thought leader and innovator.

Mark brings his background in satellite, digital television, IT systems, IP networking and software design to both ATSC 1 and ATSC 3 datacasting. Mark has 45 years of broadcast industry experience including technology, management, sales, operations, station ownership and consulting.
