Kang, Tim

Tim S. Kang, a career cinematographer, serves as Aputure’s Principal Engineer for Imaging Applications. He also chairs the Lighting Committee in the ASC Motion Imaging Technology Council. Tim earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an MFA in Cinematography from the American Film Institute Conservatory. He is an associate member of the American Society of Cinematographers, and a member of IATSE Local 728.
