Hansel, Doug

Doug has over 30 years of experience in video and audio technology sector. He works with top tier companies in the Media & Entertainment industry and the Video Security market. Before joining HighRez as a technology evangelist, Doug was senior product marketing manager for the professional video segment at Avid. From his beginning days working in the recording studio with the likes of Ringo Starr, Carl Perkins, Willie Nelson, Sting, and Dire Straits together with famous gear like the NED Synclavier, to being product designer for Avid’s Media Composer and Symphony software and Nitris hardware, he’s been fortunate to work and live in a lot of cool places such as London, Johannesburg and Boston. He now lives in rural New Hampshire with his French wife, their twin sons, multiple dogs, cats and chickens.
