In 2016, after starting his career in New York City working for Frederator and other media companies, Matt Gielen founded the world's premier YouTube growth and production agency, Little Monster Media Co. In 2021, Matt sold Little Monster to a new company he co-founded, Electric Monster. Electric Monster acquires and scales digital video IP. Matt's insights and research into the field of YouTube growth are regularly published on Tubefilter, and he has presented his work across the globe at Vidcon and other industry-leading conferences.
