Chris Lapp is the Technical Solutions Architect for Cisco's Media and Entertainment Vertical in North America. As a Technical Solutions Architect, Chris provides thought leadership to sales teams, and helps customers realize their business outcomes through Cisco Technology. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Cisco from past experience in the broadcast industry with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and system integration. Chris is heavily involved in the creation of next generation technology for the for the media industry, this includes standards development, as well as open-source contributions like Media Streaming Mesh, which is a service mesh developed specifically to handle the complexities of media for Private, and Hybrid cloud.
