Linley Grande has spent 30 years bringing advertising agencies together with small/medium market Radio stations, saving them time, frustration, and resources, when it comes to planning, execution, and reconciliation of their media campaigns.   Working on behalf of independently owned broadcasters, Linley has added millions of national dollars to the bottom lines of over 6000 Radio stations in rural markets all over the country.   

Linley began her Radio career in 1993 as a promotions intern at 107.9 The End, the alternative rock station in Cleveland OH.  She then landed a job as a sales assistant with Regional Reps Corp., the largest small/medium market Radio rep firm in the country.  From sales assistant to account manager, to Vice President of Account Services, Linley quickly earned the respect and admiration of her peers, Radio clients and agency customers.  After years excelling in a support role, she was promoted to Regional Manager of the Chicago sales territory and rose to the rank of top sales manager.  Linley’s extensive experience gives her in-depth insight into the entire regional/national media buying process.

At the end of 2018, Gen Media purchased Regional Reps as part of a large media consolidation.  Gen Media retained Linley, benefiting from her respected reputation in the industry, the quality of her work, and the unique experience of having expertise on both the retail and political sides of the industry.  Linley has worked with and advised some of the largest advertising agencies and major political consultancy shops in the country. 

Currently, Linley is Vice President/Political Strategies Manager, part of the team growing the political arm of Gen Media Partners through Radio/Digital/OTT/DOOH sales.
