O' Connor, Kate A.

Kate O’Connor is a Business and Legal Affairs executive with over 20 years of experience at film and television studios, specializing in high level actor, producer, director, writer and rights agreements for original film and television projects. Most recently, Kate was at Netflix, where she led the legal affairs team for Original Independent Film and was a member of the senior legal team for Original Film. Previously, Kate was a VP on the film legal affairs team at Fox, was a senior production attorney at DreamWorks Animation, and started her legal career as an associate at Shaw Pittman. Kate has a B.A. in Law and Society from UCSB and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
