Silliman, Tom

Tom is the president and CEO of Electronics Research, Incorporated. He went to work at Electronics Research, Inc. (ERI) after college as Director of Engineering and now is President of ERI. In addition to being a tower climber certified in fall protection and rescue and certified as SPRAT Level 1, Tom is a registered Professional Engineer in the field of Electrical Engineering, a two-term past president of the Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers (AFCCE), currently the secretary of the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society, a board member for Tri-State Public Radio and TV in Evansville, Indiana, a Senior Fellow of the IEEE, and the 2008 recipient of the NAB Engineering Achievement Award for Radio. Tom Silliman attended Cornell University, graduating with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in 1969 and a Masters of Engineering (Electrical) in 1970.
